Delivery Information
Nationwide Delivery (Ambient Items)
We deliver ambient, long-shelf-life products across the UK. This includes preserves, honey, tea, coffee, crisps, crackers, sauces, pet food, and more. Perishable items such as bread, cheese, meat, dairy, and fresh produce are not available for nationwide delivery.

Nationwide orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 2–5 working days via Royal Mail or courier.
Local Delivery (CH7 Postcodes — Mold Area)
All products are available for local delivery, including bread, cheese, meat, dairy, eggs, and fresh produce.
- Orders placed before 1pm: Delivered the same day between 5pm and 7pm
- Orders placed after 1pm: Delivered the next business day between 5pm and 7pm
- Bread orders: Must be placed before 12pm the day before for next-day delivery

Local deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Click & Collect
All products in the shop are available for click and collect from our market stall.
- Orders placed before 2:30pm: Ready for collection the same day
- Orders placed after 2:30pm: Ready for collection the next business day

Collection hours: Monday–Saturday 9am–5pm (Thursday 9am–4pm). Closed Sunday.
Pre-Orders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you can place a pre-order. We will contact you with an estimated delivery or collection date once the item is back in stock.
