Refund policy
As a food retailer, we are unable to accept returns on food and drink items once delivered or collected, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Damaged or Faulty Items: Contact us within 48 hours with your order number, a photo, and description. We will arrange a full refund or replacement.
Non-Food Items: May be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return postage is the customer responsibility unless the item is faulty.
