A traditional sourdough loaf from The Rise bakery. Slow-fermented over many hours using a natural starter, this loaf has a beautifully tangy flavour, chewy crumb and crisp, crackling crust. Naturally easier to digest than standard bread. Outstanding toasted, with soup, or as the base for any sandwich.
