Planning something bigger? We’ll come to you, build the board on site, and make it the centrepiece of your event.

If your event is bigger than a box, this is where you start.

The Black Bull Event Cheese Experience is our bespoke service for weddings, corporate events, milestone birthdays, and any occasion where the cheeseboard needs to be as impressive as the event itself.

We come to your venue. We bring the cheese. We build the board on site, dress it with edible flowers, honeycomb, seasonal fruit and accompaniments, and make sure it looks extraordinary before your guests arrive.

Every cheese we use has a face behind it. Every board we build is unique. Every event gets our full attention.

Pricing

• From £450 for up to 30 guests, including full on-site setup and dressing
• Larger events priced at £12.50 per head plus £75 event setup fee
• Full bespoke proposal provided within 24 hours of enquiry

What to expect

• Bespoke Welsh cheese selection curated around your event, guest numbers and budget
• Full on-site setup and dressing by us
• Edible flowers, honeycomb, seasonal fruit and full accompaniment selection
• Available throughout North Wales and surrounding areas
• Minimum 30 guests

How to book

This is an enquiry only product — no payment is taken here.
To begin your booking, email hello@blackbullfarmshop.com with the following:

• Your event date
• Venue name and location
• Approximate guest numbers
• Any dietary requirements or special requests

We will respond within 24 hours with a bespoke proposal and costings.

Important information

• Minimum 30 guests
• Minimum 7 days notice required
• A 50% deposit required to secure your date
• Full payment due 48 hours before the event
• Travel within 30 miles of Mold included. Further distances considered on enquiry.
